We accept all major payment methods at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
2. Payment Currency
All prices on tarpaulinpro.com are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in GBP at the time of checkout.
3. When Payment is Taken
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We do not offer pay later, credit, or instalment options at this time. Your payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the point of purchase.
4. Secure Payments
All transactions on tarpaulinpro.com are processed through a secure, encrypted connection. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers at any point.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms receipt of your order and the amount charged. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. Please check that your card details are entered correctly and that your billing address matches the address registered with your card provider. If the issue persists, please try an alternative payment method or contact your bank directly.
7. Pricing Errors
We take care to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch. We will contact you promptly if this situation arises.
8. VAT
Where VAT is applicable, it is included in the displayed price. A VAT receipt is available on request by contacting us at info@tarpaulinpro.com.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval.
