We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days with Royal Mail. Total delivery time from order date is 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) on a business day begin processing the same day.

We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery partner for all UK orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website, or visit our Track Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@tarpaulinpro.com or call +44 7576532433. We will investigate with Royal Mail and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You have up to 30 days from the expected delivery date to report a non-delivery.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay. All available payment options will be shown at checkout.

All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption throughout checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers at any point. You can shop with confidence knowing your payment information is fully protected.

Yes, all prices displayed on tarpaulinpro.com are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. A VAT receipt is available on request.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in original condition. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that made-to-order or custom-cut tarpaulins cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a free courier collection. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3 to 5 working days to credit the amount to your account.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tarpaulinpro.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund including original delivery charges.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling +44 7576532433. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible and you will need to follow our returns process once the item is delivered.
